i love to go there but every time my friends and i go to beijing we always talk about how beijing can work on some interior works. but their food is amazing. general tso's and sesame chicken, chicken lomein is highly recommended?

After reading all the rave reviews about Beijing, my friend and I were really excited to try it out. When we went there to order, we were reassured by the promising number of people already there both eating and waiting for their food. But when we finally got our food, we were shocked at how aweful the food was. It simply did not taste good at all, especially the spicy won tons which were unlike any won ton I have ever eaten. We scratch our heads, wondering how this restaurant could have gotten such great reviews and business. The only reason I can think of is, "It takes all kinds." For us, it is in no way even remotely deserving of the great reviews it has received. As for us, we will NEVER go back to Beijing.?
